Guiding leaders to decision clarity.

Working at marketing agencies for over a decade highlighted the importance of a clearly defined brand. I would see brands trying to be everything to everyone and having a hard time making decisions and moving forward in their marketing and communication. This desire to serve everyone, coupled with the amount of data available, makes it easy to get overwhelmed in the process of defining a brand. This is why I created a simplified way to approach this work with small- to mid-size companies.

Through a series of work-sessions with key stakeholders we create a foundation for a brand that includes mission, vision, brand values, point-of-differentiation and defining the need being met for the target audience. The output is a concise decision matrix to help with everyday business decisions, from communications to operations.
